The lights with their visible filaments make an interesting subject. I think the light coming in the window is a bit too much competition for them - this photo might work better taken at a different time of day.

Nice idea - like the patterns of light and shadow. Maybe crop a bit off the left side - the extra negative space makes this feel unbalanced to me.

I think this photo could be helped by cropping to follow the rule of thirds. Although the clouds offer some interest, the main draw in this photo (IMHO) is the light and the play of it on the river. Try cropping so that the bridge is 1/3 of the way down from the top. You have nice reflections and a great line made by the river.
