Wheels of Warby blackjackComment: If I had taken the shot, for personal choice I might have decided to be a little straight on to the subject - in order to get the background wheel within the circumference of the wheel in the foreground. And I'm trying to bite my tongue, but I have to point out that it's wonky. The house in the background, though boring, is in keeping with the period feel of the cannon, so I think it's relevant. I think more focus on the wheels might also have made it more in keeping with the challenge. Still an interesting subject though - 5 (6 if less wonky) |

Steel Wheeled Tractorby CamComment: The use of only greys and browns here is very visually pleasing. The sky is brilliantly complimentary, the angle you have taken the shot original and works veyr well, and the wheels are scary and look really cool. I've only just started voting, but i definitely think this warrants a 10. |

Ghostby oksamitComment: A bit too Where's Waldo for me - are you referring to the blur at the top right? It's just a bit too incidental to really impact on the picture. I also thought the foreground is a little too cluttery and detracts from the action and could have been cropped from this end of the pier... Actually the water, sky and motionless ship are very photogenic and look pretty good. Tough one to score... |

Children's Windowby rll07Comment: Interesting concept this. If I were in your position I might be tempted to try the same shot without the kid and crop out the cave - the trees, landscaping and sky in the background looks really cool. At the least I'd reduce the amount of cave visible at the top of the shot as it appears a bit wonky. I like the picture, it just feels that there's too many details in it. 6. |

Up, up, and away! by jas0420Comment: Great action shot - could see this being a ribbon contender quite easily (or at least it should be). The bike is particularly photogenic - something about the orange wheels. Anyway, great shot. 10. |

Oh lord wount you buy me........by NazgulComment: This is a great picture - certainly one of my favourites of the transport-themed shots. The car to environment ratio is spot on. And heavens to Betsy, your chosen car is actually a good choice! I liked the old CE, and the different greys of the body compliments the snowy location and the sky very well. And the wheels look really good - exposure time seems spot on. Good picture - 9. |

Old Glory Wavingby superdave_909Comment: I like this one! I wonder, though, how it might look if you cropped it in such a way that only the flag filled the shot? It's only a minor issue, but the background (whatever the orange thing is) is a little distracting. I do love the movement captured in the top portion of the flag though. |

Radial Blur and Linear Blurby GeneralEComment: Unfortunately, it does not appear that motion blur is enhancing your shot - a slightly longer exposure / tracking shot might have made the background more swooshy and the wheels less well defined. And it's purely personal opinion which has not impact on my voting, but a white Honda isn't the most photogenic of vehicles. That aside, I like the composition and I reckon you did a reasonable job on what is a difficult process. 6. |

Open Skiesby backslashComment: I'm sorry, but I can't really see where it fits the challenge - the aircraft is too well defined, and only the propellor seems to be the only (incidental) source of MB. If it were cloudy, or there was some sort of skyline visible, I'm sure it would have worked better. But a clear blue sky, ironically, has hampered your image. |

Splashing About !by agwrightComment: Bird looks like it's Voguing. COmposition is pretty good, and the image conveys the movement of the swan very well. Was it cloudy when you took the picture? Only it looks a bit dark / dull... But aside from that I think it fits the challenge nicely. |
