An original composition, and a very nice color treatment. The rust-pocked texture of the wheels adds interest. The large DoF works well here, as does the hard light. The angled viewpoint gives the image an abstract look.

Seems a bit grainy in the browns and I wish you could have done something with the sharp shadows. But I like it.

I love the angle of this shot. I also like the lighting of it, it seems to really bring out the texture of the wheel.

The use of only greys and browns here is very visually pleasing. The sky is brilliantly complimentary, the angle you have taken the shot original and works veyr well, and the wheels are scary and look really cool. I've only just started voting, but i definitely think this warrants a 10.
