	Peaceful Desolation by Mona Comment: That tree might seem desolate, but the rest of the picture is green and full of life. It's hard for me to take it as desolation with that happening

	Alone by didnthaveacamera Comment: It is hard for me to say that this is a good representation of desolation at all. It is a fine picture... it just doesn't pull the slightest feeling of desolation from me. Perhaps some lonliness, but lakes, to me, show hope and life. It's hard to think of desolation when the whole lake is there full of life.

	Alone by a1leyez0nm3 Comment: I understand the idea of alone, but in my humble opinion, a forest by a lake with the sun peeking through the clouds displays anything but desolation. It is a nice picture, but it seems full of life to me.

	Power Station by hgpayne Comment: Very busy! It's hard for my eyes to find anything to latch onto. Perhaps an angle that would have been more from the right side would have helped to ease that up some.
