Passion by william88Comment: Beautiful! Thanks for the explanation too!
Very ethereal feel to it with the waves just sort of fading into space as it were.

Aphid - The Gardener's Enemy by SoulMan1978Comment: The two contrasting colors of yellow and green really make this an even greater shot. Your detail and the DOF giving emphasis to the cricket and some of the flower is also very nice. The blurred part actually forces you to the proper place of focus. I love it! |

where I live 2.jpgby JdroullardComment: I think God specifically planned this to happen this way!
What I mean is last year when I was coming in the park to see this; I had seen photos, ...I had heard of it, ...and had driven through hours of more or less boring forests,(coming from coast) then coming up the side of this mt./old volcano, it is so bare...but when you come up over the top, this is what you see!! It really suprises you, even when you know it is there!!
**I thought I had some pretty shots of this, but yours is the second or third prettest I have ever seen!!
(The other person is a pro and has had cover photos for Outdoor Photographer Magazine. His name escapes me right now.)
all that to try to say this is an amazing place and yours is a very PRETTY photo.
PS I am very jealous of someone living in that gorgeous state!!..:)
Thank you for showing us this great set of photos!

Power-LinesB_6279.jpgby JerseyGenieComment: I "wood" (no pun intended) think that you would damage the cable if you tried to take the wood off until it just rots, and falls off.
Very interesting!! |

Rainbowby lovethelightComment: Forget the rainbow, did you get the pot of gold??...:)
Hey I agree this is very cool indeed; just glad we get to see it.
RE: losing your mind, I am new but as time goes on, check my gallery for losing your mind, when I shoot my brain can't remember any of those amazing ideas and notes I took while at home, so I could do anything!!..:) |

NO MORE SUDOKU, EVER!!!! by CuttoothComment: Hmmm,
I thought you had been spying on me and shot this!...:)
I have one of these books and feel I should do them and when I start I wonder why am I doing this???
The photo itself, I like the fact that you have the answers to one there, the puzzle being in the paper with the POV and all makes it very neat to me!
Agree with the lighting being nice from the side.
Thanks for showing it to us.
(now can I break my pencil too?? ..:) )
