 Neon glow sticks at different lengths, swirled onto a figure 8 out under the night sky with a 2 second shutter speed.

A little blurry, and there are some weird lines around the focal point, but overall a good picture.

This appears very noisy, especialy in the black background.

There is so much dust, noise, or whatever in this photo, as well as some faintly visible background. These factors may drag down the score of what otherwise would have been a stand-out shot. This visual effect you have captured is stunning - I'd like to know what it is - but the noisy elements detract.
