 KWV and Roodeberg in particular is legendary in SA and the world over.
I didn't want in your face glaring bright so I toned it down a bit. Sure the label is hard to read...it's 38 years old and it's been in my hands since '96 and gathering dust in my cellar since '99. A present from friends in the Cape.
Bet you never saw a bottle corker like that before?! I bought it in 2000 at La Famiglia di Robert Mondavi, Napa, CA.
Too much dead space top right, no doubt complaints it's too dark or that the bottle is too dusty, uncorked and visibly still full so where did the wine in the glass come from? lol. Obviously from another bottle of '73 KWV :) Whatever. Who knows. 5.5?

ETA: The frothing was there on the pour. I took the shot a second after the wine was poured. Perhaps I should have waited to please the traditionalist and not filled the glass as much. The wine I poured was a '95 Pinotage. Delicious ;p

Well now it has had it's look at daylight for the decade. The darkness suits the image. I also wondered about the frothing, but more out of a curiosity viewpoint.

I love the dirt on the bottle, but I don't like the wrinkles in the backdrop.

Well lit and composed but I find the froth very distracting. I have never seen wine that looks anything like that. If this is grape juice, next time let it settle in for a bit.
