While the feet and legs here are aesthetically challenged this image certainly meets the theme of this one. The composition is not very engaging although the viewpoint is good. Time should have been taken to straighten the horizon and to consider the purpose of the shot, for which I can see little, apart from the inclusion of feet in a photo. Some other context may help such as something for the person to reach (a boat) or escape from (a crab)!

Beautiful sand texture, legs are distractive element.5

Love the patterns in the sand and how the shadows from the legs cross them. Sky color is not attractive and a slight distraction is the small toe prints showing next to the left foot. Also, the shadows on the legs seem to be uneven as if you had used fill light on one leg but not the other.

I'd cut out the lower half of the picture.

I like this best of the beach shots I've seen so far - the pose and composition really gives me a feeling of motion/action. Good job!

Great idea - nicely exposed. It would work better if there were footprints in the foreground leading to the feet. Late afternoon lighting may also help a bit.

Might be better if the sky and most of the legs were cropped so that only the sand and feet showed. The legs are rather pasty and chunky looking and draw attention from the main interest which is the sand and the pattern created by the shadow of the subject.
