| He was dead. Is that not allowed? I am new here. I found him on my way back to take a picture of a leaf hopper I found at my barn. I cleaned him up and put him in the flowers! Sorry if I did a no no! |

| hmmm... I think this might be a dead staghorn beetle. Mostly because they don't really tend to hang around flowers too much, and because the wings are parted and the feet seem to be curled up and not hanging on. Still, what a magnificent specimen of this critter! |

| Yikes! That's one heck of a bug!!! I'd let him eat whatever he wanted. Possibly offer it to him on a silver platter ;-) I might dodge the near eyeball just a bit to make it more blatant how his face is put together, but this is a really cool capture. |
