 Ships in the Naval Yard are about 5 miles away. This isn't fog -- it's actually an extremely hazy day. Quite hot!

Wow, no follow up comments prior to this? That's got to be a rare thing for you. Probably because it doesn't have a squirrel in it. :-{

Interesting thing I noticed now, looking at this with a different monitor than the one at home. The fleet in the background has a bit of a posterized appearance, instead of a very smooth and light faded look. Monitors make a huge difference when it comes to how subtleties are displayed.

It looks like a perfect entry for High Key challenge! While I am not a border hater in this case I think a narrow white border could have worked better.
