 Ooops! I meant to come in and fill in the description before the challenge ended but forgot. This is one of the rooms at the old Mission San Jose in San Antonio. It's a church that was built in 1720 (I think that's the exact year), and the sanctuary is still used for church services today.

I notice a couple of people said it would have been better if it was darker & moodier, and on 2nd thoughts about it, I think they are right. I'm just a light freak (the first thing I ever do when I come home is turn on ALL the lights), so its hard for me to make things too dark, but I do think this might look richer and have more impact if it was darker. I may try that with it.

This was my top pick for the challenge....I love the light in this. Top 10 is very good though, congratulations. It is a beautiful image.

Lovely, although I find the highlights to be just a bit too harsh, especially on the floor by the door. I want to be there.

I love this shot. I think the dreamy morning feel of the title could be accentuated by lowering the exposure a little. A sense of dimness might make it more powerful. :)
