I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: An interesting mix of textures - the oil(?), the surface and the flowers. I'm particularly fond of the colour of the flowers and how they serve to lift the image. I like how it feels 'square-on' too.
Critical stuff: Not much - difficult to fault something as honest as this.
Overall: A nice textual piece. |

| I had to move back a little to take it in properly, but I can see the pachyderm. Well seen. I'm curious how this will do on the heels of the Posthumous challenge. This being DPC, I'm afraid things will be back to normal and this will get creamed. |

| I don̢۪t think I̢۪m seeing what you̢۪re seeing judging by the title but what I see I like, especially the touches of orange from the leaves. |
