 This photo is for the memory of my dog Dany (pronounced "Danny").

Dany was 11 years old. He was a service dog for 8 years before he was retired by his handler, who is a friend of mine. I adopted Dany in January 2010 and enjoyed his company until recently. He was diagnosed with cancer in early October. I made life as comfortable for him as possible after the onset of the cancer. The cancer spread fairly quickly and I made the difficult decision to put Dany down in early November. Dany will be sorely missed by those who knew him. Goodbye my friend...

Well this is a bit morbid. Outstanding execution, but still. Not voting, but I'd imagine it's powerful for most, and, I suppose, off-centered?

My eye doesn't know whether to go to the blurred bowl or the tag. I think having the area to the left completely b lack might have been more effective, but I do understand the meaning. I hope that beloved pet is happy on another plane. I can't quite figure out what is on the right. I see eyelashes.OH, I think it's wrinkled jeans.
