I think that might be a blood sugar meter, but I'm not sure. It would make sense with the title, but I'm not sure how many people would know that.

The photo itself is nice and clear with good focus, colors and okay lighting I think.

whats a one touch ultra??? nice use of a brown border and great clarity but I would have removed that machine and the M7M's and just shot the bar. In my opinion it would have scored much much higher especially since I realydon't know what that machine is. <5>

Being a Nurse I can really relate the tittle to the picture. Nice use of colors.

An interesting message and a good pun on the popular dessert name too. The background is ok, a little spotty in places - that one crumb could be a deliberate placement but it just distracts me a little. The focus is good and the composition is fine too.
