saw this funny mushroom in my garden,,,, he was frosen stiff,,,,, after few photos i ate him,,,,this is what i did;
OYSTER STUFFED MUSHROOMS
1 pt. mushrooms
1 (5 oz.) can oysters, chopped
1/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
Dash of basil
1 tbsp. oyster liquid
Wash mushrooms. Remove stems. Prepare mixture and heap into mushroom caps. Arrange on plate lined with paper towel. Microwave for 3-4 minutes.Or in oven 10-15 min.
