A lot of oblique macro shots such as this suffer from inadequate dof, where, for instance, only part of one seed is in focus. You've avoided that problem neatly and provided very wide, but thankfully not infinite, dof. I love the salty texture and the overall contrasty feel. Great image. Makes me crave salt!
