 OK, so I thought I'd have a go at redoing my own first entry.


I thought I'd see if I can redo this with a lighter mood and generally make a different image out of it. I liked the dark feel of the original, especially in the context of the challenge, but wanted to try the reverse - especially as the hand is the same: then girlfriend, but now fiancée :)

I'm happy that I've improved on the original, certainly from a technical point, but this is not likely to score well in what is essentially a free study, and this is a mid-5 effort at best. Nevertheless, I found the process useful and I'm pretty happy with the result.
