Interesting. Ideally a powerful flash to give some fill light to their faces would have helped.

The white balance looks a little off. There is a heavy cyan tinge to the image. If the image were to have any type of color cast, I think yellow-orange would work best because it would fit with the "old time" feel of the image. I would have also loved to see a tighter crop on the lady to the right. She looks like she is very proud of her work and loves to play the part!

i like the expression of the woman on the right - she seems to have it nailed. i just wish the light were a bit better on them
