| Strong work Joe, interesting how the layers of color, texture, and movement result in a "simple" image. It also demonstrates an excellent use of a bright blue sky. Just the right amount in the composition to define the horizon and put a sense of peace over the scene. I can see this in BW, but it would create a different mood, particularly with that sky. |

| Very nice... love the segmentation... the use of a single, centered item in the lower part of the fram... the fact that its minimalism, yet you can see the grains of sand. Would be a wonderful addition to an office or hallway wall. |

| I think that object at the bottom of the frame actually distracts from the simplicity that you have gone on here...either that should've been composed better, or removed totally. |

| Interesting - this held my attention longer that I would expect for a simple photo. The foreground object (a broken sand dollar, I think) is a little small for my taste, and the vignetting at first looked like a flash that lit the center of the frame. |
