| Combined with the prices slashed sign, the absence of shoppers gives it an abandoned, or run-down atmosphere. |

| I LOVE this image, the composition is so dynamic and the tones are wonderful. I love the glowing buildings with their super high contrast lines and words. Very nice! |

| The deserted shopping center adds a deeper message than that which is shown. This really gives a message of an economy in recession. Prices Slashed, yet no shoppers here. |

| Love the use of black and white here. It really keeps it from being too busy. Also, it really seems to draw the eye to the corridor which I find very appealing. Great work. |

| Wow, you chose a difficult theme. Hope you can find enough messages for a whole year, but I'm sure you will! Nice start with the strong contrasts in this B&W. I like the view to the end of the corridor and the message on the right. Just missing something on the left. |

Love the shot. Loads of different lines everywhere really give the eye something to peruse through, could be a scene from the beginning of one of those end of the world type horror film.
btw does that say 4 floors of shoes?! i want to go there! ; ) |
