It is a great feeling to win a ribbon in a place which has a number of brilliant photographers.
Thanks for the votes and special thanks for all the wonderful comments.
Having said that, I cannot take full credit for this ribbon. Anyone who happened to be there at this particular place with a camera could have got this shot.
So, I dedicate this ribbon to those cute, charming, little kids.
Now the challenge for me is to beat this one in terms of rating. Nevertheless, this shot will remain special to me.

Great shot and very deserving of a ribbon. For the life of me I don't get the voters in this place. How could this image have possibly gotten 9 votes of three or less? Stupid!

Aauuuugh... this is such a great photo. What a radiant smile that child has. He radiates everything that's wonderful about childhood. And I'll say it did better than your first entry. Honorable mention 2nd time out is quite an accomplishment :) CONGRATULATIONS!
