I don't actually have a tilt-shift lens and wasn't quite crazy enough to buy one just for this challenge, so I tried to imitate the effect without doing everything in PP. Had a lot of fun playing with different shots and processing this week :-)
PP - flipped upright, monochrome, increased contrast, vignette (blur only, no darkening) on a diagonal following that bit of path, burnt mid-ground tree, dodged boardwalk and some cattails, hand blurred a couple of spots, resized, sharpened, added border. |

The s-curve composition is leading my eye into the OOF zone, rather than to the part that is IN focus. |

though this is a gallant effort....to me this just isn't the same as the other ones that make their pictures look like miniature villages/people/construction zones... |

leading the eye, but the bw is a bit too shallow for my taste, not enough contrast in cloud and trees |
