 I was taking pictures of this nice crescent moon when the neighbor across the way opened his door and turned his porch light on which I guess threw off the white balance and color.

Thanks everyone for the encouraging comments and votes I really wasn't expecting this to do well at all...of course there were only 69 entries but still a personal best for me. I usually wouldn't submit a moon photo but this one was unique so thanks.

There's alot of colorfull and inevitable noise or something in the dominamt dark areas, which is a shame because this is truly beautifull!
