Here is a link to a tutorial about preparing images for the challenges here at DPC if you have Photoshop. Preparing images for DPC Challenges Tutorial
Even if you don't use Photoshop, maybe some of the info in the tutorial will help you to figure out how to size images for challenges. You can resize the image first, then reduce the resolution (quality) to achieve the required filesize of 150 or 200 mb.
Congrats on the brown. I missed it by one place once, so don't feel bad about finishing last. The size of the image was the main problem.
Welcome to DPC. I hope that you will learn much and shoot often.

There is some (dubious) distinction to coming in with last place. It's the "Brown Ribbon", which believe it or not, is coveted by some. No place to go but up, right? Congrats.

Photo is way too small

You are really not doing your entry justice by not having one side meet the maximum lenths available, which is 720 pixels. I would have loved to be able to see more details.

Needs to be larger.

A couple of major issues with this, I'm afraid.
-Harsh onboard flash is not terribly flattering light, even for a garden decoration.
-You should use the entire size available to you, at least on one side of the image. At 240 pixels, you have a lot of room to spare.
