 Camera was on tripod, with remote release. One speedlight was placed left of camera. On camera speedlight, also helped in lighting. One of the speed lights, was used in multi flash mode. Set at 40HRZ for 20 flashes. The other flash, was set to emit one flash. The scene was shot on a bed, covered in black cloth. I was under the sheets, with the remote. The great SNAFFLES did an excellent job of haunting me in my sleep. The multi flash, created the blur. While the single flash, stopped the action. Image was cropped, reduced highlights and resized for web.

Obviously a great capture to begin with. Really dig the gritty contrast of your b/w. Nice work on the motion as well. For my eye, the hair coming off her head upper mid left of frame is a little too pronounced with everything else so smoke or vapor like. Just my thought. Thanks for sharing!
