 The crew of a National Guard C-130 takes advantage of their aircraft to get a good view of an airshow.

Pre-challenge notes:
I almost tossed this one, but then I asked for some feedback on my potential entries, and this was the shot that stood out to four other people as the best of the bunch. Now I have to see how it will do.

Anticipated critiques:
-The photographer and his camera are not prominent enough. in the scene, or that they are not the main subject.
-grainy noise in the clouds to the left.
-Too dark.

Post challenge notes:
This one kept me on the edge of my seat, staying over the magic 6 mark for about half the challenge. Didn't quite get back over that hump, but still did very well for me. I'm pleased. Thanks for all the good comments.

A really cool shot Steve - a definite keeper - but I noticed that the faces appeared really orange/red on my monitor and that may have cost you a bit of score.

Great subject. Crisp, clean, shot. I don't necessarily like the fact that the guy on the left has his feet cut off though.
