This really is a nice shot - you've incorporated the photographer quietly, and left the tree as the star of the shot, even though it remains a bit shrouded and distant. Nicely done!

Excellent shot the bokeh works really well with the vibrant green and copper.

One small thing which is that the in focus branch (right of centre) is a little distracting as the photographer's gaze/camera position doesn't lead to it but there's not a great deal you could have done in fairness!
