I knew I would be the only one to recognize the effects of compression. I'll bet this would have done a high 5 if not for that. Still an awesomely cute shot! |

A very cute shot, one that should be on your wall. (Or in an advertisement for Old Navy)However there is a major issue that nobody else will likely recognize for what it is.
JPEG police here. We have a warrant.
There is a lack of clarity to this photo and I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 44k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing a lot of the detail and sharpness from this image. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (200k for this one)
Oh, yes, and use the available 720 pixels on at least one side to get maximum detail into the image. |

Looks like a fun photo. Could be better served if you showed her full body or didn't cutoff at that angle on the thighs. |
