Good clarity and the youthful face is lit nicely (sometimes a close-up like this only reveals flaws). I think the reflection in the eye catches the attention, not sure if that was your goal or not. |

Don't like the reflection in the eye - otherwise very nice - can even see the "folds" in the pupil. |

great tones in the B&W and nice selective coloring. I just wish the eyebrow was neater |

Cool desat but the brown in the eye kind of has a red tint - is that the natural color? |

Lovely eye. The eyebrow is a little wild and OOF, though, which detracts from the rest of the picture. |

I don't know if I'm more mesmerized by the eye or by the shape whithin the catchlight in the eye. Perhaps that was the goal... if so it worked wonderfully. If not, you need to watch the catchlights and you got a bump in your score for a cool mistake :-) |

Fantastic, I'm not usually a fan of one-eye shots, but the selective desat on this and the detail and clarity of the eye really make this pop. Great contrast, the tones are so nice. |

I've seen many photos like this and they're usually way overdone, but this is very soft and simple. Good balance between the iris and the rest of the picture. |

Great use of selective desat, I think it would have worked even better with a green or blue eye, (my taste I guess). DOF is very shallow, I would prefer the eye brow in focus. Best of luck. |

I really like this shot! The only thing I think *might* have made it even better would be to see the entire eye in colour (so we could see the red lines and etc). I still really like it, though. I like the pun title as well (is it your eye?). |
