Nice lighting and DOF. I feel as if I can see for a 100 miles or more. Earths textures show up very well in your photograph.

great location to shoot. In a perfect world it would be nice if you were shooting closer to sunrise or sunset.

Good exposure and great choice of aperture to get good DOF. A touch oversharpened in my opinion as I can see some minor haloing. (Not that big of a deal though).

Great Composure ~ Stopping it down as far as possible would have very likely made this a winning photo as the potential looks to be there for a long exposure and details that would have been sharp al the way to the horizon.

This is an unusual and interesting way to view the landscape, I like it. I love the wee bit of blue sky in the background too, it breaks up the warm tones and stops the shot being too neutral.
