It grew closer, but so slowly. Oh so slowly.
An arm reached out, and tried once more, gripping the smooth and unforgiving floor as best it could, and pulled. A little more, and a body moved. Then the other arm, repeating the work of the first.
Again, and again, was it repeated, and closer and closer it came. The door. That magic door. The way to safety. To help. To life.
The arm came down again, and again it gripped, and it pulled.
Closer, closer.
It was the only thing he could think of now. The only thing that mattered. He was dying, the blood leaving him faster than he dared consider. His strength ebbing with every inch that he crawled. Yet on he went, finding some deep well of strength.
Closer.
Closer.

Out-of-the-box POV. Wish we saw more photogs taking risks. |

Sorry, this does nothing for me. Perhaps you were trying to be artistic or get some meaning across? I guess I just don't get it. Sorry. |

Nice perspective and the B&W and includes of wheel on the left leave me wondering what's going on. It's a bit tilted, but somehow that adds to quirkiness of it. |

A neat perspective on something ordinary. |

Interesting vantage point. The main line on the floor leads the eye to the door, but I don't find the caster wheel an interesting enough visual reward. |

Great POV and choice for B&W, I like how the leading lines give perspective to it. |

the very slight 'off kilter' feel makes it feel like you meant to say 'Asylum Hallway' :) |

Unique angle, but not very clear and really, not all that interesting.. |

You have managed to make a photo of the mundane thoroughly interesting. The patterns of the floor tiles and of the bricks lead the eye well through the photo to the door, and raise in the viewer the question of what is behind. |

hmmm a different prespective....not what I would call a wow picture but interesting none the less |

Rather bland. The DOF is nice, but I don't see too much to this. |

Sorry but there is nothing that really takes my interest and the focal point seems to be a dirty wheel. |

I wish this shot was level - but honestly, it lacks interest. I do like the dof on it though. |

Very cool shot. A very mundane scene, yet showing it from a very un-mundane point of view, brings a whole new interest level for the viewer. Very nice work. |

I really like this! Very simple, but it just does a lot for me. Perhaps partially because I've done some cleaning/janitorial work myself is some of it...? |
