Well, I actually wasn't even thinking about this challenge, I had gone down to the new Hall of Justice building to do some shooting a couple of days ago, and while looking at bvy's thread, saw this pic and thought "Hey, I took some shots like this!"
Well, I know mine is not exactly like this, but it is the same basic subject and theme. Besides, I'm not in Beverly Hills, so I couldn't redo it exactly anyways :-) So anyways, here's my 'shot' at it :-P
It's the Hall of Justice building in Lansing, shot from inside the building on the 6th floor, in the rotunda.
in PS- auto color, levels, multiply and overlay layer with opacity dropped, curves, resized, usm, linear burn layer with opacity dropped, brightness/contrast adj. layer, border, sfw

Big improvement over the original which I checked.
Super angle gives this image extra depth and dimension. Great detail and use of natural light. Quite striking. 8 |
