I really like this shot....it's kind of like the dreams that a child has of a rather shadowy tree outside a window and can imagine all sorts of things in its shadows.

Too distracted by the window to fee like the tree is still my subject. a 5 for quality of photo. a 4 for representation of subject.

I think your title says it all. A nice image, but IMO it's a little more about the window than the tree.

A shot with a lot of potential. I think the present appearance comes off as slightly dull and low contrast, however. I copied this into my editor just to see what some adjustments did, and I think it would have done well as a contrasty b/w, which really brought out those shadows on the wall.
