I just love the slant of the door and how she's leaning against it. Absolutely beautiful dog, gorgeous eyes |

I love how the light plays on her face. She looks like she is smirking. We have a 13 year old beagle who lost her life mate at the end of 2007. She is still plugging along and I think that Summer will too. Beautiful photo! |

a lovely, loving pet view - traditional, but a tight non aspect crop, good focus, intuitive mono/colour edit. 8 |

Ohhhh Summer! She is so beautiful. And this is such a soulful photo of her. 5.98 tho ? :( It is so sadly underrated!

Sweet portrait! Excellent work with tones and keeping detail in both light and dark sections, and the catchlights in the eyes really make the shot. |

It's an absolutely adorable pupper. I love it and I'm bumping it up from an 8 to a 10. |

Sweet portrait; those eyes just grab my attention and I want to do something to make her smile (looks like a her to my imagination). |

This just really captures this dog's essence/spirit! I really love the shadows and contrasts. I'm sure that you're going to get comments about it being softer focus, or not enough contrast etc.. but I really think you have a fabulous capture!!! It emotes something from the viewer and in my mind...worthy of a 9! |

Lovely dog. I like the composition with him/her peeping from the doorway. Good lighting too. |

This is a seriously gorgeous picture on so many levels. The tones are just right, the focus is dead on, and the composition is perfect. The fact that cute doggie is looking out, almost playing peekaboo, from the door/wall really makes this picture a winner.
A beautifully executed portrait. |
