 I know that it is a bit of a stretch to submit this sunset pic for the Shadows topic, but my other idea never worked out.

I took this at home and never adjusted the colours at all, only doing Crop, Levels, Unsharp Mark, adding border.

Well done! Could be a calendar shot. The colours are so rich. Amazing detail in the clouds - love the wispy bits that are curling outwards - I see too that the whole image is divided naturally into thirds. Very clever ;-)

I really like the coloring on this one. Out of curiosity, how much is natural and how much was modified in post processing?

Very nice shot with great contrasts. Could have done without the gold line running through the border though, I find it very distracting as it takes my focus away from what would be an otherwise very striking scene, a simple black border would have been nicer.
