Actually Denis, it's me that owes you an apology now. I should be ashamed of myself for sounding like a petulant child. I don't what I was thinking! |

I am truly sorry, that was an oversight from my part. I actually found your comment very interesting, and I am really grateful that you took the time to make up a story out of my picture. Please accept my apologies.

Maybe she didn't like your flip-flops? Not saying that's the reason of course... just that it could be, you know, the "ick" factor in the relationship. Hard to get past the "ick". Oh, you can pretend for a little while, but it does start to grate on you. The silly squish-flap sound as you walked by, that may have been endearing at the start and she'd giggle and tease you playfully, got really old after a few months. Even in the winter when you weren't wearing them any more, it was already too late, the damage had been done. She'd associated you with squish-flap squish-flap squish-flap squish-flap and you became merely an annoying sound in her head...
But then again, it's probably not that at all. Well, maybe not only that. Could have been the combination of flip-flops and Steve Urkel length pants you love to wear... |

I'm not so sure that the tilt works for me, but the concept, DOF, and execution certainly does....6 |

I absolutely love the angle on this image. This is such a perfect diagonal. |

Cool tilt, works well here. Good use of selective focus. |
