You get the sense that this guy has "personality" -- I'm not sure exactly what type, but some type for sure. Nice color and lighting. I like the title too ... :-)

He looks to be a very friendly and engaging man - I like the way you've captured his spirit. This photograph seems to suit him. If you have the opportunity to do so, you should print this and give him a copy.

Good for you to go out and interact with the 'street'. A slight crop of the left might make this a little stronger. I like your subject's smile and interaction.
