Normally I'm not a border person, but I do like this one here, very soft and effective, and the single branch in the bg gives it a great sense of dof. And the lighting is amazing. Great shot!

I liked the border on this. It reminds me of a card, maybe a Christmas card if there were some snow lol. I like how the softness of the border just kind of blended in with the background. Pretty!

Lovely little bird with a great catchlight in his eye. He looks suspicious. Not sure I like the fading border, especially as his tail seems to have been caught in it, although it's possible there were some OOF leaves along the bottom of the shot creating that ghosty look. I usually try to fix that by burning and cloning when it's this subtle.

A perfect composition for this little creature. I'm afraid the white edges detract a bit from the image for me.

I'm not a fan of this sort of thing, but for technical aspects i'd say the head is a little out of focus and "dirty" around the eyes which couldve been looked at.

the only thing I would criticise in the vignetted border...quite distracting, otherwise a nice image
