The focus is mostly good. Always difficult to keep the depth of field with something so close to the camera. Colours are great. Would have preferred you to use a more prominent boulder that stood out more from the surroundings

I like the lighting, the lighting on the hand pretty well matches the lighting on the rocks. But the angle appears wrong, and there doesn't appear to be any strain in the hand. Looks more like it is resting.

very effective. I like the almost 50/50 skyline balance. Sorry to say this but the hand and boulder textures complement well.

Hand up in front of the scenery, or against a printed photo of scenery? Nice idea, light on the fingertips is a wee tad harsh.

Great idea. I'd say pretty good execution. I couldn't have pulled that shot off. It reminds me of an old "Kids in the Hall" sketch.

i thought some might do the old perspective idea,, would have worked better if your fingers had been at the edge of the boulder rather than covering a portion of it...

Good composition. Misses the 'kick' that would guarantee a ribbon, but still deserves a good score.
