I disagree. I don't think a centered composition would have worked with this. Perhaps cropping a bit off the left side maybe but not centered. Just my 2 cents though.
I would maybe try a vertical orientation as well. It would maybe give more of a feeling of upward movement. It would also make the subject and her balloons more prominent in the scene.

| I like the idea of having an attractive girl in a picture so this is a good idea, but I think it would have been better if you had zoomed or cropped on just the balloons and her arm and face, or maybe just the balloons and the girl with as much of the background screened out as possible. |
