 Last minute shoot... grab a fruit and photograph it on the kitchen table with a side table lamp for lighting.

Post Processing: Luminescence and Saturation shift of Orange, Yellow and Red, tweak brightness, contrast, WB, overall saturation, tweak light, dark and highlight tones... a bit of noise reduction and there you have it.

Set the contrast a little too high while editing (IMO)

Sure seems overexposed to me. I'm guessing that's on purpose but it really doesn't work for me, sorry.
