 The abandoned Swift meatpacking plant in the Fort Worth stockyards. Long abandoned, this decrepit building is a favorite of local photographers.

Pre-challenge notes:
Not expecting too much from this one. If I'd gotten a lower perspective it may have had more impact, but I was shooting over a fence. I think I got the best results from this particular shot that I can do under basic rules. Several times I knew what to do to give it some oomph, and then remembered this was a basic editing challenge.

Post challenge notes:
Didn't expect much and didn't get it either. It did appeal to a handful of people, so I feel I did ok with it. Thanks for playing!

If shot in better light (morning sun or sunset) this could have been much better.

Good subject. Poor composition. Centering subects does work for many things, but doesn't seem to work well here. Low interest. The sky is blown out

Your photo has a kind of 'horror' look that I really like. Abandoned places are very interesting to me. The only downfall, for me, of the photo are the branches in the upper right. Oh well...I'll forget them and go with a 10.
