Commenting on the concept, the message of being cool & refreshing, which should be evident on cold beverage photos has been lost and has been replaced by claustrophobia as the theme :-). More liquid, ice cubes, garnishing and less of the fruits could improve its concept. Composition put the subject at the center of the frame breaking the monotony of the rule of thirds look and works for this, however the subject is a little off center to the right.

In spite of the limited editing one can do based on the rules, this went well for this photo. 5/10

This might be good if it was a real drink. You can't throw a bunch of fruit in some water and expect me to believe that this is a drink. If I tried to drink this I would probably choke to death because of all the fruit chunks... I'm no idiot!

Very clever, good use of color and DOF. Nit pick...the crop is off IMO, so close to a center crop, but not quite.
