IMO the focus seems soft throughout the photo.

I would highly recommend using the full 640 pixels for a photo like this.

It's tricky getting the right exposure on snow and ice. When you get good detail on the snow, the rest of the picture is too dark. For basic editing rules, you have gotten a good exposure!

I'll bet on the rock in the short term, the ice in the long term. I like the concept, but there is nothing to really draw my attention, needs to be something that draws my attention, as in an interesting ice formation or rock formation, as it is, just a blob of ice and the interesting rock to the left draws my eyes away from the picture.

Digital cameras have such a hard time with white. I perceive the strength here, but there just isn't any detail.
