Discarded clothes peg, and of course...a grasshopper. lol. I definately see the garbage here. Nice eye to spot that. Your focus and clarity are good. The angle at which you decided to take this is also very nice. I like the addition of the leaves in the upper right, they add just enough color to keep this exciting. Nice shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~

the subject's hidden, the cricket's what's interesting, and it's out of focus. without the title i wouldn't have known the clothespeg was special. hope you got some nice non-challenge shots of the cricket. keep on shooting, enjoy your consolation prize.

Nice work with the strong diagonal... this always creates a more appealing image... the clarity of this photo is a little weak however... You may be inside the minimum focus range of the camera... - setzler

Perhaps if you had gotten in closer on the pin...the grasshopper distracts from the subject...in fact it becomes the subject.

Too bad it's not in focus - could have beena great shot it the grasshopper and the close pin culd have been positioned to look similar in shape. Is the hopper trained to pose?

Nothing is in focus! You are worse than me!!

Good idea, too bad it's blurry
