| I would suspect that a wheel is capable of motion. Anything here able to move? |

| very clever idea. maby looking up from closer to the base of the tower would show the rings more and give a feel of height. |

| Unfortunately I don't see the round building as a wheel, although I see how you were trying to depict it as one. Building is tilted a tad to the left, and crop should be tighter. |
