simple self portrait that took about 200 shots to finally get one that was 'ok' i'm still not happy with it but oh well whatever i have to go to work sadly enough and have no more time for shoots tonight... so this is me, sharpened, cropped and leveled -

i contemplated titling it "see spot sit"? yep spot sits well ;) :-D but didn't think everyone would get it... *nicknamed dogface when I was a kid* - ;) and the black mark on my lip is a scar from a car-accident its not a spot on the lense or a freckle --and yes i know i'll get comments on it not being symmetrical (it bugs me that its not) but i didn't have time :( sadly -oh well hope it does alright...

was another pose I contemplated but decided against

I'm still amazed by the variety of votes

I agree with Camabs's comment, you did choose the better image but wish your hair was as well lighted as the other image. The even lighting over the full length of your body was well done for this kind of an angle. Beautiful but discreet pose.

Nice composition and viewpoint. I like the way you used nudity in a very natural fashion, and I think you were right in choosing this one instead of the outtake. I do think you could have scored higher if you gave this one the same PP though. I think the pic is a bit too dark, whereas the brightness of your outtake jumps right onto the viewer.

And I have to admit I am a sucker for frickles and redheads. :)

I'm surprised this didn't score higher. It's a very nice shot, nice pose, and even more impressive knowing it's a self-portrait.

Very nice composition of a lovely lady. Is a self portrait? I am alway amazed by some of the marvelous self portraits. I think that wiping off the moisture from nose, under the eyes and on the cheeks would have minimized the sheen.

Easy to look at. Something is missing and I can't put my finger on it?

A very brave and strong image. I don't like looking down to you though. Great lighting and expression. Nice pensive pose.
