First of all, I think the title is magnificent! I didn't vote in this challenge so this is my first time seeing it. I think the shot is great and I love the way the wake is blown out like that. I also like the Rule-of-thirds layered look. Just goes to show how SHALLOW this place can be (pun intended). |

Oooooo clever, clever title! Well you have to know if you do anything oob with processing the voters won't cope very well with it but ignore them, this is fabulous! This is one of my faveorite types of shot, successfully getting the story across with the minimum of information. It's such a relaxing photo to sit with. |

I like what you were going after here. The background is very interesting. I think making a selection of the foreground subject and processing it differently would have helped. In other words, your processing made for a very interesting background, but it was at the expense of your subject. |

A lot of people are going to ding this as out of focus, but in combination with the backlighting, I think it gives this something of an impressionistic feel. |

Nice image. It does seem to be under exposed & your focus seems a bit soft. |

For a second I thought it was a 'Space' photo and those were stars. Because it does and you've chosen a great title to match, I'll go fairly high with an 8. |

Title plays well with the points of light. Looks over-processed to my taste |
