This is a very nice image - I suspect it could be a tad better if you darkened down the centre bit some, and sharpened overall. One technique I like is to add another copy layer in Photoshop, then adjust contrast/sharpening on that layer, then erase away the bits you want to stay soft or lighter, then layer down to save. I suspect you may do that already though, but it's an interesting way to add to a background, or spray colour or enhancing light or shadow, and still remove it from your actual main item.
(I think I have one of these cameras or similar if Gaurav wants it - just contact me and you can have it - no need for blood my friend)

the moss was a nice touch, but the lighting doesn't seem that great. the bright white areas in the background are a tad distracting to me |
