very cool, good title, i would have cropped in a bit to increase the prominence of the stop sign and the garbage.

And that is the eternal quest(ion). Very powerful statement, very moving. |

In answer to the question, No I didn't misappropriate the stop sign. I was able to borrow a damaged one from my city's sign shop for the shoot to allow me to make my "statement". The really sad part is that this is a creek 500 feet away from a man made lake called Lake McKinney. I'm forwarding my shots to the city to see what can be done. If that doesn't work I'm sending the shots to the city newspaper. Who knows, may it can be stopped. . . |

The big bold stop sign looks great mixed in with the dark ground and the small bottles. - Konador |

Slightly cluttered, but dramatically litâ€Â¦ The stop sign works well. Overall, not a bad shot at all. (8) |

Going with an 8 here. Good theme, and message built into the photo. I'm trusting that you didn't take the sign down and cause an accident. :-) |

Maybe it will stop, maybe not. I have to wonder though, did you leave it there? Or did you take a couple big trash bags with you on your photo shoot. That's what makes all the difference. The message in the photo is clear, and a little ironic if you found it this way. The angle is good. I like how it fills the frame. Focus is also quite good. Nice shot. Good luck in the challenge. ~Hbunch7187~ |

Nice title photo combo. Good exposure. A tad too cluttered (thought that does support the theme)My inclinations would have been to get a more aggressive angle on the trash and isolate the stopsign with a shallower DOF. 7 |

looks too posed, not saying that it is, if the stop sign was older it would work much better. i like the idea. |
